4. PRODUCT DELIVERY

Products are delivered through express courier services.

The estimated delivery time is 1–5 business days for products in stock; however, this may vary depending on availability, order volume, or busy periods.

Delivery costs will be displayed at the time the order is placed or communicated to the customer prior to shipment.

For special, customized, or made-to-order products, the delivery time may be extended, and the customer will be informed in advance.

5. RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

The customer has the right to request order cancellation before the order has been shipped.

According to applicable legislation, products may be returned within 14 calendar days from receipt, subject to the following conditions:

the product must be unused;
the product must be in its original intact packaging;
the product must show no signs of damage;
sterile or sealed products cannot be returned if the packaging has been unsealed due to health protection and hygiene reasons.

Refunds are processed via bank transfer within a maximum of 14 days from acceptance of the return.

Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer, except in cases where the product is non-compliant or defective.

6. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

CORAMED MEDIZINISCHE PRODUKTE SRL makes every effort to ensure that the information presented on the website is accurate and up to date; however, it does not guarantee the absence of display errors or product availability issues.
